SITE TERMS

Terms of Use

By using AI Doomsday Survival you agree to use the material as general educational and preparedness information, not as a substitute for real-time professional or emergency instructions.

Scenario content is not a prediction

Articles may explore severe hypothetical AI failures, social disruption and civilisation-scale consequences. Unless a page explicitly describes a documented event, scenario material should not be interpreted as a statement that the event has occurred or will occur.

No professional relationship

Using this site does not create a doctor-patient, solicitor-client, financial-adviser, cyber-security consultant or emergency-command relationship. High-stakes decisions should use appropriate qualified and official sources.

Emergencies

If there is an immediate danger to life, fire, crime, medical emergency, evacuation instruction, contaminated-water notice or other official warning, follow the relevant emergency services and authorities. General website content cannot account for the facts of a live incident.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to correct material errors and keep fast-moving AI information reasonably current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or suitable for every location. Services, links and tools may change or be unavailable.

Intellectual property

Original site text, design, graphics and generated editorial imagery are protected by applicable rights. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. References to products, organisations or fictional genres do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Our digital products and payment

The site sells our own digital preparedness products. Prices and the exact delivered files/features are shown on the relevant offer page before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. A purchase does not make any survival outcome, emergency outcome or future AI event certain.

Digital products are intended for the purchaser's own household/personal use unless a product licence says otherwise. Do not redistribute customer ZIP files, trackers, software packages or paid manuals publicly.

Digital cancellation and refund rights

Paid products are digital content supplied for immediate download after successful payment. Before checkout, we ask you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that any statutory cancellation right for the supplied digital content may end once delivery begins. This does not remove rights you may have where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you believe a paid file is defective, inaccessible or materially different from the offer description, contact help@supportcentraluk.co.uk with your Stripe receipt so we can investigate and provide a replacement, access assistance or another appropriate remedy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or its tools to facilitate unlawful access, fraud, harassment, violence or other harmful activity. Cyber material is provided for defensive resilience.

Digital delivery and access

Paid files are released only after payment is verified. Download links may be time-limited for security; a valid purchaser can contact support if a fresh delivery link is required. The Command Center is designed to remain usable without an AI Threat Monitor LIVE subscription.

Changes

These terms may be updated as production services, products and legal requirements change. Material changes will carry a new review date.
